From November 15 through December 1, the same tag's listed general any-weapon antlered opportunity is for white-tailed deer, so do not carry the November 1–14 species rule into the later period.

The Unit 1 list separately shows a general any-weapon white-tailed deer tag opportunity for antlered or antlerless white-tailed deer from October 10 to December 1. It also lists a regular deer tag opportunity for antlerless white-tailed deer in that period. These are different entries with different eligible animals: match the tag in your possession to the precise listing and follow its conditions.
