We respect copyright. If you believe content on Roam Idaho infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@roamidaho.comwith the subject "DMCA Notice" and the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on Roam Idaho where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Designated agent

Roam Idaho's designated DMCA agent is Taylor Foad. Notices may be sent electronically to hello@roamidaho.com. A physical mailing address is available on written request and is on file with the United States Copyright Office.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same subject line and the elements listed in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Sources we credit

Most outdoor data on Roam Idaho — hunting unit boundaries, fishing rules, stocking events, ownership percentages — comes from the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and other US government agencies. Their work is generally in the public domain, but we cite the source on every page we use it on. If a citation is missing or wrong, please email us and we'll fix it.
