Hunting GMUs, fishing waters, offroad trails, and shooting areas — all on real maps with layer controls.
Drop and save waypoints from the Pro hunting and offroad maps. Downgraded accounts keep their existing waypoint data.
See weather-based wind direction and speed for the map center when weather data is available.
Browse Idaho campgrounds and recreation facilities on the same map system as the hunting and offroad tools.
GMU boundaries, BLM surface-management data, and terrain-relief shading when available for planning. Always verify legal access with the managing agency.
See current wildfire perimeters where the provider reports data; this is not a complete closure or safety layer.
What Pro does not promise
Roam Idaho is a web-based planning tool today. We would rather be explicit about the boundary than sell a roadmap as a finished feature.
Maps currently require a connection. Region downloads and dependable offline use are not available yet.
BLM surface-management and other public-land context are not a substitute for parcel-level ownership data.
Conditions, closures, and regulations can change. Confirm critical decisions with IDFG and the managing agency.
FAQ
Is there really a 7-day free trial?→
Yes. Stripe charges nothing during the 7-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual plan will automatically begin and your saved payment method will be charged. The exact price and billing interval are shown before you confirm checkout.
Can I cancel any time?→
Open billing management from Settings and complete the cancellation steps shown by Stripe. Opening the portal alone does not cancel a plan. Stripe shows the effective date; contact us if you cannot access the cancellation option.
Do you offer an annual plan?→
Yes — $30/year (2 months free versus paying monthly). Choose Annual on the plan card above; it includes the same 7-day free trial.
What happens to my saved waypoints if I cancel Pro?→
Your existing waypoints remain readable in your dashboard. Dropping new waypoints requires access to the Pro hunting or offroad map.
Do I need a Google account?→
No. You can sign in with an email magic-link instead — we send you a link and you are straight in, no password to remember.
Who builds Roam Idaho?→
Roam Idaho is an independent project built by Taylor Foad in the Treasure Valley. The about page explains the project, and the contact page is available for feedback and corrections.
