Brownlee Elk Zone
West-Central Idaho — Snake River Reservoirs · 1 Game Management Units
The Brownlee elk zone consists of Unit 31. Use that unit's boundary to distinguish a Brownlee-zone hunt from neighboring Hells Canyon and Weiser River country; a reservoir name alone is not enough to establish where your tag is valid.
Consider Cambridge or Council when arranging supplies, according to your approach. Plan drinking water, heat exposure, and meat cooling around the actual forecast and pack-out distance.
